Director & Co-founder of online video startup, Movico Technologies Pvt Ltd (www.movicotech.com) and R&D outsourcing startup Pariksha Labs Pvt Ltd (www.parikshalabs.com), Arvind Jha, is a senior information technology professional having over twenty four years of extensive experience across hi-tech businesses. Arvind has a deep passion for innovative products; understanding of the key technologies & business trends; and the entrepreneurial ability to spot the opportunities to build applications / solutions that may provide unique benefit and advantages to consumers / enterprises.

A recognized software product expert and innovation leader, Arvind is recognized by his peers across the globe as an innovative visionary with an eye on the future. Arvind has the distinction of leading the first software product developed in India – PageMaker 7.0; the worlds first product that integrates video time-shifting and place-shifting (Monsoon HAVA); and the first person to use Indian System Integrators to sell enterprise software solutions (Adobe LifeCycle).

Before founding his "twin startups" Arvind was the President of video startup Monsoon Multimedia where he was involved in developing a technology for streaming television/video wirelessly and via the internet – which won the "Product Innovation Award" from NASSCOM in 2007.

Prior to Monsoon, Arvind was with Adobe India where he was instrumental in building the Adobe India R&D campus from under 10 engineers to over 400 in just 7 years. At Adobe India, Arvind led teams across engineering, quality, product management & business development. Recognized for his leadership and eye for innovation, he was nominated as an Entrepreneur-in-residence at Adobe India to help conceptualize new products and build a business case for them. He has also worked for companies such as Polaroid, Apple and DCM Data Systems.

Arvind is an active networker and contributes regularly to industry and trade forums. He is a moderator on the NASSCOM EMERGE forum; charter member of TIE and active mentor to young product developers. He is passionate about football and is an angel investor in football club, Simla Youngs, Delhi.

Arvind completed his graduation from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, India, majoring in Computer science and engineering. He is a recipient of the National Talent Scholarship , National Merit Award for All India 12th Rank at school level and IIT Merit Scholarship.

Shailendra Nath Rai

Co-founder

A business professional with over 26 years of varied business experience, Shailendra Nath Rai, or ‘SNR’ as he is popularly known, is also a co-founder of LAVA International – one of India’s leading mobile handset brands.

Before co-founding Parikshalabs, SNR was the President of Logistics and Supply Chain for LG India, where he managed and controlled 58 warehouses with 7.8 million SKUs worth more than US$ 1.5 billion! In fact, SNR was responsible for total supply chain planning and distribution for domestic and export markets, with additional profit targets as National Head - corporate Logistics and Commercials.

During his 9 year tenure at LG, SNR won the LG Global Best Business Operations Manager Award, for Innovative Management & Performance of Supply Chain.

SNR is a Mechanical Engineer, Six Sigma Green Belt holder, and considered one of the leading supply chain professionals in Indian industry today.

Raj Shekhar

Vice President

Raj Chandra is vice president, global sales and marketing for Pariksha Labs. In this role, he leads the company’s global sales and marketing teams and directs its customer care organization.

Raj brings over 22 years of sales, marketing, management and technical leadership experience across high technology landscape with focus on content delivery, application deleopment, performance, and storage, security and infrastructure management.

Prior to joining Pariksha Labs, Raj was in senior leadership and management roles at AmeriNetworks, British Telecom, International Network Services, Rapidigm (acquired by Fujitsu Consulting) and Liftech Consultants.

He has worked in the United States since 1991 and has a bachelor’s degree from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, India and a master’s degree from University of British Columbia, Vancouver, Canada.
