Development: Unified Mobile Advertisement Platform
Application Overview  
The application is a new unified mobile advertisement platform that integrates the latest developments in targeted advertising techniques; mobile data mining with spatio-temporal predicates; cell broadcasting protocols; and location based technologies.

An advertiser needs to select the right advertisement to the subscriber with best match for each type of service/product on offer
Display the advertisement in a non-intrusive fashion on the idle-screen of the mobile phone
An outlet owner wants to access the client who is in the vicinity of the shop
The subscriber should receive and access information that he/she needs when he/she needs
 


 
The Solution  
Build an advertisement response forecasting module based on latest data warehousing and data mining techniques with location, time and profile based data.
The application predicts the %age likelihood of response to an advertisement type so that the target customers can be selected based on their User Profiles and User Actions events.

Makes the advertisement targeting more efficient and reduces the overall cost of delivery of SMS/MMS by eliminating the recipients who are likely to reject the advertisement.

Application Overview  
An easy-to-use online collaborative system that allows the user to plan & design book, monitor the status of pages, use pre-designed layouts and pop-ins for page designing, organize & upload images, apply styles to text and pictures, spell check content before submission, use sticky notes to communicate with other users and permit the staff to edit, revise & approve yearbook.

Evolving product requirements & software specifications typical in a start-up/agile environment. Had to assess effort estimates working with prototypes & wireframes
The underlying technology (Flash/Flex) were also moving targets. Tracking this was a challenge
