Pariksha will establish a dedicated R&D team with full time senior project lead and engineers meeting the technology, domain and experience profile required by the customer. We will seed the team with senior folks from our existing team with the relevant competencies and hire other resources on need basis. Customer teams can be engaged in all processes – from hiring, tools selection, architecture, design, scheduling, testing and delivery via a host of engineering & communication processes (see our communication plan template). This model is suitable for medium (4 to 6 months) and long-term assignments (8 to 12 months+). |

Pariksha can depute its existing R&D team to execute a pilot as per customer’s specification and deliver using a hands-off approach. Pariksha will have minimal interaction with the customer teams (usually at the beginning of the assignment and on a status meeting basis during the assignment) and the final deliverables will be as per an acceptance plan agreed beforehand. This type of engagement is preferred for a very short term assignment (2 months). |

Pariksha can use its resources on shared basis to allocate resources part-time for customer assignments. The resources can be managed directly by the customer or by a nominated project lead. This type of engagement works well during a support, maintenance or regression phase. |

Pariksha can depute its engineering teams to work at client location under the supervision of the client project management personnel. |
