Pariksha takes a "partner" rather than "vendor" approach to our assignments. We understand that the customer's businesses depend on innovation, quick time to market and rapid response to market conditions. We are aware that in coming to us, the customer depends on our team to meet their product development plans. Therefore, we treat each project as if we were full-time employees of the customer's India development centre, with dedicated resources, senior personnel manning critical responsibilities, transparent communication and engineering processes and above all a customer-driven approach.

We have seen that small initial engagements help us establish our R&D capability, fine-tune our communication and delivery processes and build confidence on both sides to grow the commitment and responsibility. Therefore, we work with new accounts to seed appropriate projects that will help us build a ramp to higher involvement.

With existing customers, we are engaged in a full product engineering lifecycle – thru requirements and competitive analysis, design, development, testing, customer support and beyond. As an outsourced R&D arm of our customer, we train the team to "own" the business issues and think of delighting the end-customer.
